Returns & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, or

  • An incorrect / mismatched product is delivered

Return Request Process:

  • Customers must send an email mentioning the reason for return to

  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video or clear images of the product must be attached for verification

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Refund Policy:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment

❌ Returns and refunds will not be accepted for change of mind, color preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
